Starting a New Century with a New Look
We created a great reputation over our first century in banking. Now we're starting our second century with a great new look. To accomplish this, we took a close look at Aliant's role in the current economy. We saw that with its combination of financial strength and personal service, Aliant was the right bank at the right time. Now we needed the right image to communicate that role.

Telling Our Story with a Few Bold Strokes
As Alabamians gain momentum on the road to recovery, they find that road leads back to the values of Main Street. To banks that have deep roots, and a deep knowledge of the community; banks that make decisions locally, and make customer service a priority. To symbolize our ties to close-knit local communities, Aliant's new logo creates the perception of interlocking links. In many ways, the logo echoes the inspiration for Aliant's name, which came from combining the words "reliant" and "alliance". The links are dynamic and continuous, illustrating this alliance of possibility with capability, a proven past with a hoped-for future through banking relationships that are relied on over generations.

A New Look, But Still Everything You're Looking For
Though our signage and printed materials may look different, the experience of banking at Aliant will be comfortably familiar. Aliant has a new look, but it's still backed by everything you're looking for in a great community bank, plus the strength and stability of our new partner USAmeriBank.
